Kevin Ware: "Win the Game", Louisville goes to Final Four

The #1 Louisville Cardinals have a place in the Final Four defeating #2 Duke 85-63, and the brackets for Atlanta are complete.

In a dominating game Louisville's Smith dropped in 23 points and Siva added 16 to take the Cardinals to the win.  Duke's Plumlee was the top scorer for the Blue Devils with 17 points.

One of the most horrifying moments in college basketball came early in the game, when Louisville guard Kevin Ware received a compound fracture while attempting to block at 3-point shot by Duke's Tyler Thornton.  Play was delayed for several minutes, and Ware was taken by stretcher to the locker room.

Video replays of the injury were tough to watch, and the reaction of both Ware's teammates and those of the Duke players were evident to the severity of the injury.

Coach Rick Pitino in a post game interview stated with great emotion that at every break in the game his team talked about bringing it home for Kevin Ware.  Pitino noted that while Ware was lying on the court he kept saying, "Win the game, win the game."

9th-seed Wichita State will play #1 Louisville while two #4 teams Syracuse and Michigan round out the Final Four as March Madness heads to Atlanta's Georgia Dome on April 6th.
